Abundance spell: Priestess Elisa

You will need:

One green candle.

The 9 of pentacles tarot card.

A sheet of white or green paper.

How to:

It is a good idea to perform a cleansing ritual on yourself and your ritual space before doing any spell work.

Use last month’s cleansing spell on yourself and thoroughly smudge your ritual area with your favourite smudging stick before you begin. Sit comfortably during a time when you can remain undisturbed. You can play ambient music and / or burn Incense to enhance your spell work if you want to. Close your eyes, and bring to mind the good things that you already have in your life.
Concentrate on what you have and build up an emotion of gratitude. Take your time and count your blessings. Allow that feeling of abundance to grow in your mind, until you’re bursting with the feeling of expansion. Transmute this feeling into a golden light that you visualize filling the entire room.
Do this on a Thursday during a Waxing Moon for an extra abundance boost from the cosmos. Now take the 9 of Pentacles card. Place your candle on top of the card, light it, and concentrate on that feeling of abundance and gratitude. Visualize yourself as the 9 of Pentacles: who is the archetype of someone who has worked hard to create a life of luxury and is now in a position to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She is peaceful, grounded, and enjoys all of the pleasures that the abundance she has earned allows. Now powerfully recite this incantation three times:
(1) I manifest abundance and am open to receive treasures, so I may experience the divine by enjoying life’s pleasures.
(2) I manifest abundance and am open to receive treasures, so I may experience the divine by enjoying life’s pleasures.
(3) I manifest abundance and am open to receive treasures, so I may experience the divine by enjoying life’s pleasures. So mote it be.

Sit in meditative gratitude—visualizing yourself as the 9 of Pentacles archetype—for as long as possible to further charge the spell. When you have finished, move your tarot card and candle to a safe location, such as an altar, mantel, or decorative table, where it won’t be disturbed and can burn down to release all of its magical energy into the universe. Never blow out the candle. If you need to extinguish it, either snuff it out or pinch it out with moistened fingers. Once the candle has burnt out completely, wrap the remnants in paper and dispose.
