I recently had the pleasure to be interviewed by the lovely Angela Wilkinson from Awakening Goddess TV, and I never miss an opportunity to talk about my beloved Goddess Cerridwen.
I am not always a great fan of Facebook because at times people use it to bully, virtue signal, exclude, undermine and all those wonderful things some people do when they sit before a screen and keyboard. On the other hand, I see so many wonderful, uplifting, educational posts on Facebook, that I would be loath to miss. It is an opportunity for people to educate, inform, share wisdom. I have read posts that made me laugh out loud, made me cry, made me wonder, made me want to explore further and learn more.
The Goddess community in particular has used this media outlet to spread the word about our work, our beliefs, our research and Angela is in the process of tracing how Goddess came back into the consciousness of so many people in the world. For me, the concept of Goddess never left. In most of our subconsciousness minds we have always known that She is all around us, and within us all. From watching the flight of the Bees, connecting with trees and nature, enjoying the company of friends and loved ones, diving into the waters of the oceans, swimming within the mysteries of the deep, all these wonders of the world teach us about the presence of the divine. The nurturing, loving energy that flows from Her to us is what gives us the strength to walk our path as Priestesses. Our devotion and faith in Her love for us shines from us, as we work in our communities, we are the beacon to many, the light that brings hope in the darkness. We walk our path humbly, we are the vessel for Her love in the world.
If you call Her, She will come into your life, in whatever form speaks to you most. She will be there with guidance and advice, She will show you the best way forward for you. Listen to the wind in the trees, the buzzing of the bees, watch the sway of the grass and the flight of the birds. Wherever you are, whatever you do, you can feel Her all around you. Be still, watch, listen and learn. The wonders of Her presence in this world can be observed everywhere.
